This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 561720. The small business size standard is $22.0M. This will be awarded a low price/technically acceptable, firm fixed price purchase order.

This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: Non-Personal Janitorial Services for the National Marine Fisheries Service/Office of Law Enforcement/Kodiak, AK for a base plus four option years.

PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED SF1449 WITH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. PLEASE NOTE, ALL BIDS MUST INCLUDE THE FAR 52.204-24 (NOV 2021) COMPLETED PROVISION WITH THEIR QUOTE. AT A MINIMUM, ALL QUOTES SHOULD INCLUDE CONTACT INFORMATION AND UNIQUE ENTITY ID/CAGE CODE.

Quotes shall include a minimum of two past performance references for the same or similar services provided in the last two years.
