One (1) Desktop Explosive/Narcotic Detection Workstation, With five (5) Year On-Site Extended Warranty & Operator Training that meets the following specifications:

Be one of the following products IAW Mandatory Use Policy
- Rapiscan Systems - Itemiser 5X
- Bruker - DE-tector Flex
- L3's QS-B220
- Smiths' Ionscan 600
- Offer a 5-Year onsite maintenance and repair warranty with on-site maintenance capabilities available for Alaska
- Operate on 110V AC Power
- Possess the capability to operate without AC Power for a minimum of 1 hour on internal or external battery supply
- Possess the capability of detecting trace amounts of explosive and narcotic compounds to include fentanyl
- Function on with components without radiological properties
- Provide the user with a notification detailing the type of compound detected by the detection unit
