Delivery of fetal monitor towers. The fetal monitor towers (or carts) are used to house monitoring equipment commonly used in labor and delivery enviornments within medical facilities. The fetal monitor towers are to be used specifically by the Medical Group at Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson.
