The 673d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf‐Richardson (JBER), Alaska intends to award a firm‐fixed price procurement action to PVPII - FNSS ACQUISITION, INC. dba Global GRAB Technologies, Inc. for the D Street Final Protection Barrier GRAB Net Retraction Above Ground System Electrical Work IAW FAR 13.106‐1(b)(1)(i).

This purchase will be made under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR 13.106‐1(b)(1)(i). The anticipated award date is 05 June 2023. Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 02 June 2023 at 12:00 pm AKDT.

A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
