The 354th Contracting Squadorn on Eielson AFB, AK is seeking information regarding a proposed sole source procurement for Hybrid Optical-based Intertial Tracker (HObIT) system upgrade. HObIT is a product manufactured by Thales Defense and Securities, Inc. (CAGE: 23386). Thales Defense and Securities Inc.'s product is the only helmet system that is compatible with the avionics systems installed on the F-16 Aircraft used at Eielson AFB.
