Description

Amendment 0001 issued 10 November 2022 extends the proposal due date from 14 November 2022, 2PM Alaska Time, to 18 November 2022, 2PM Alaska Time.



Amendment 0002 issued 15 November 2022 incorporates revisions to Sections 00 21 00, and 00 22 10. Proposal due date and time remain 18 November 2022, 2PM Alaska Standard Time.
