Description

This requirement was fulfilled with a sole source award in accordance with FAR 13.501. The aircraft covers were developed by Kennon Products, Inc. on Air Force Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contract FA8649-20-9-9053 and have completed Phase II development. Through completion of Phase II development, Kennon Products, Inc. was awarded sole source rights for the production of the PMAC aircraft covers.
