Amendment 001: This Request for Offer(RFO) is to answer the following questions. ( see the attached)

This Request for Offer (RFO) is for the Janitorial Services at the Kenai AFSS, ATCT and SSC buildings in Alaska to be completed as required in the Statement of Work that is located in Section C of the attached 697DCK-23-R-00132.

This acquisition is set-aside for a small Business.

The principal North American Industry ClassificationSystem (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is: 561720 - Janitorial Services, with the size standard of $19.5 Million.

The resulting award will be Firm-Fixed Price Contract with one year.

No SITE VISITS are scheduled at this time.

Questions or Comments pertaining to this RFO must be submitted in written form via email to Samandeep Sraon, Contracting specialist at Samandeep.ctr.sraon@faa.gov no later than 1700 Pacific Time on Tuesday, 02/17/2023. Questions and responses that clarify the RFO may beprovided to all Offerors; if this information is provided to all Offerors, the source of the questions will not be identified. Responses to all questions and any necessary amendments made to the RFO will be made by 1700 Pacific Time on Friday 02/22/2023.

All responses must reference the solicitation number (697DCK-23-R-00132) and be submitted tothe following email address:

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: EACH OFFEROR SHALL SUBMIT AS A VALID OFFER TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTES:

1. Cover letter stating that no exceptions are taken to any specifications requirements or contract terms and conditions, or a detailed summary of all exceptions taken.

2. Signed Standard Form 33 - SOLICITATION, OFFER ,ANY AMENDMENT AND AWARD

3. Part I, Section B - PRICE SCHEDULE

4. Part IV, Section K- REPRESENTATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND OTHER STATEMENTS

5. Congratulations 8(a) letter from the Small Business Administration (if applicable)

6. Past Experience containing at least two (2) projects of similar nature with Point of Contact information for confirmation of completion of work.

Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov on the date established for receipt of offers (02/27/2023). Reference AMS Clause 3.3.1-33, paragraph (d), "if the offerer does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer may proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror."

All submissions must be received by no later than 1700 Pacific Time on Wed, 02/27/2023. Offerors assume full responsibility of ensuring that quotes are received at the place and by the date and time specified above. Late submittal of quotes will not be accepted.
