The 11th Airborne Division in the Ft Wainwright area seeks rubbish/trash collection in Its training areas. The training area is approximately a 135-mile radius from Ft. Wainwright proper. Clear Space Station, Alaska & Black Rapids Training Area, Alaska are great examples of the limits of this order vehicle.

The price involves all costs associated with placing the offerors dumpster, tipping when scheduled, retrieving the dumpster, along with some minor reporting requirements associated i.e. monthly tonnage total.

Currently, the Army is contemplating one - three frim fixed price IDIQ's (task order) award's for services for 40-yard dumpsters for regular solid waste & 15-yard dumpsters for human wastes that may be a product of long travel.

Orders: Most of the ordering will take place in main two areas the Yukon Training Area/Huskey DZ/Firebird & the Donnelly Training Area/Buffio DZ. Normal, orders are about 10 field days, with four to five tips for one or two dumpsters. All of these will be in one spot or close to each other. Units train together on occuation. Normally the amount of time stays the same. The number of dumpsters increases & the number of tips increases. These dumpsters may not be in the same area. Five to ten dumpsters are not out of the question along with the proper amount of tipping given the amount of people. Lastly, once a year Ft. Wainwright holds a larger training exercise. Usually about 10 to 15 days. During this time, 25 to 40 dumpsters along with tipping would be expected. These dumpsters will NOT be in the same area.
