The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – Pacific intends to issue a within scope contract modification to contract W81K04-22-D-0010. The referenced contract was awarded as a competitive procurement to L5/MBM JV under the authority of the source selection processes and techniques. The services that are being performed are non-personal, healthcare environmental cleaning services in support of Bassett Army Community Hospital (BACH), Fort Wainwright, Alaska and the multiple medical treatment facilities in the health service area of BACH. This modification will affect Operating Years 2 through 5. The period of performance remains unchanged. The anticipated date for contract modification is on or about 13 December 2023.

The purpose of this modification is to increase wage and fringe costs in accordance with changes to L5/MBM JV’s Collective Bargaining Agreement effective 01 November 2023 (CLIN 0017). The estimated total increase of this modification is $625,006.08.

This announcement fulfills the synopsis requirements under FAR 5.201 and 5.203.
