The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals from qualified firms to provide a design basis report for two asphalt road projects; (1) Deville Road; (2) Ravenwood St North, and three gravel road projects; (1) Hoot Owl Mini Ranches, (2) Suchaview Road, and (3) Toklat Way in the Road Service Area (RSA) Capital Improvement Project (CIP).

A pre-proposal conference will be held April 23, 2024, at 10:00 AM in the 47140 East Poppy Lane Conference Room. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. If you are unable to attend but would like to participate, we are offering the opportunity for you to call in and join the pre-bid meeting. The number to call is (907) 260-2044.
