INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Willow Airport Surface Preservation Maintenance, Project Number AIP 3-02-0320-XXX-2023 / CFAPT00811, will be received before 2:00 p.m., May 10, 2023 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded contract will provide all resources required to regrade the existing surfaces and provide aggregate surface course on the runway, taxiway, and apron at the Willow Airport.  The quantity of Crushed Aggregate Surface Course is determined by the amount of material bid by the Contractor on the Bid Schedule.  All work shall be coordinated with the Airport Manager.

The amount of the contract will be $500,000. The Project completion date will be September 30, 2023.
