The Division of Environmental Health, Drinking Water (DW) Program, within Alaska’s Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) is requesting proposals for off-the-shelf software products that include an updated Electronic Sanitary Survey (ESS) application that can be used to conduct and track sanitary survey inspections; an engineering plan tracker to receive, store, and track engineering plans and the review process; and a customizable data viewer that allows public viewing of the DW Program data.
