Request for Information Operation & Sustainment Support Services Pacific Spaceport Complex-Alaska
Introduction:
The Alaska Aerospace Corporation (AAC) is seeking information on the capabilities and interest of qualified potential suppliers who can provide Operations and Sustainment Support Services at the Pacific Spaceport Complex-Alaska (PSCA) in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and its attachments.
Purpose of the RFI:
The purpose of this RFI is to inform potential respondents of this opportunity and to gain knowledge of potential solutions. Specifically, the RFI seeks to:
• Survey the marketplace as it relates to the types of services currently offered;
• Collect and assess information from potential vendors regarding experience and capabilities with regard to the desired services;
• Understand how these services are currently provided or could be provided;
• Evaluate what resource and time commitment expectations your firm would have;
• Assess any other potential options or hurdles which you may identify;
• Provide general background information and scope related to the services desired;
• Communicate to potential providers the objectives for the project; and
• Provide an opportunity for potential respondents to articulate their interest in participating in the opportunity.
Response Information: Responses to this RFI are limited to ten pages, single sided, and double spaced. No font size smaller than 12 point is allowed. Graphics, pictures, and charts may be attached as additional pages. Interested Parties should include the following information with any response:
a. Organization Information:
i. Name
ii. Address
iii. Point of Contact
iv. System for Award Management Unique Entity ID
v. Business Size
b. Statement of Capabilities.
i. Company Experience performing similar operations.
ii. Basic Requirements
iii. Supplier’s ability to hold Security Clearances
c. Proposed Support Plan Considerations
a. Contract type recommendations.
b. Transition Strategy
i. Ability to support proposed transition timeline from Incumbent (ALS)
ii. Filling Roles and Incumbent Personnel
Interested parties must submit a written response by 11 March 2024 at 5 p.m. AKST . Responses may be sent by E-mail to the addresses listed below. All questions must be directed to the following address in writing via email. Email: AACProcurement@akaerospace.com.
