NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

KTN- S. Tongass Hwy.: Saxman to Surf Street Pavement Rehabilitation & KTN- S. Tongass Hwy.: Deermount to Saxman Widening Project- Eminent Domain Appraisal Reviews

RFP Number 25233043

The Department intends to enter into a negotiated agreement for professional eminent domain Appraisal Review services for the aforementioned project as outlined in Appendix B – Proposed Statement of Services.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is from March 15, 2023to December 31, 2025. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $500,000- $1,000,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available February 17, 2023 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, AK  99801-7999. Persons residing outside the City & Borough of Juneau may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 465-4420. Walk-in and telephone service is available during the hours of 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than March 13, 2023, 4:00 PM prevailing time. Please be advised that none of the courier services (Fed-EX, UPS, etc.) provide overnight service to or from Juneau.  Please allow at least 2 to 3 business days for receipt of expedited packages.
