GENERAL INFORMATION:
The Department of Administration, Division of Retirement and Benefits, is soliciting proposals for a firm to provide coordination and administration of interactive telephonic town hall meetings and livestreamed audio events.

Pre-proposal Conference: A pre-proposal conference will be held at 11:00 am, Alaska Time, on Monday, October 24, 2022 via TEAMS INVITE.

Interested offerors must register with the procurement officer to attend the pre-proposal meeting. The procurement officer will send a calendar invite through TEAMS.

RFP Schedule Dates:

Pre-Proposal Conference: October 24, 2022.

Last day for Questions Submittal: October 26, 2022.

Deadline for Receipt of Bids / Bid Due Date: November 7, 2022 at 10:00am Alaska Time.
