Amendment 1. The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs has issued Amendment 1 for the subject RFP. This MANDATORY RETURN amendment is being issued to answer questions by potential offerors and to extend the deadline for receipt of proposals. There are no other changes to the RFP at this time. Review the attached Amendment 1 for more information.

The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Division of Administrative Services (DAS) is soliciting proposals from qualified offerors to replace and/or upgrade the current audio and visual system in the executive conference room as specified in the attached RFP.

A MANDATORY site visit will be held at 10:00 a.m. Alaska time on February 21, 2023, in the C207 executive conference room on the 2 ^nd floor of the Alaska National Guard Armory. Information regarding the site visit can be found in section 1.13 of the RFP.

The current deadline for receipt of proposals in response to the subject RFP is 2:00 p.m. Alaska time on March 3, 2023. Information on submitting a proposal will be found in section 1.07 of the RFP.
