RFQ#FPC-23-16 UAA AAB HVAC Cooling Update
Electronically submitted quotes will be received from qualified, responsible firms for furnishing all labor,
material, plant and equipment to accomplish the Work described below in accordance with the terms
and conditions contained in this Request for Quote.
A pre-bid conference will be conducted via teleconference followed by an onsite walk through. The
teleconference will be held April 19, 2023 at 2:00 pm, interested parties may participate by calling 1-866-832-7806 using the participant code 9120787. Immediately following the teleconference an onsite
walkthrough of the project location will take place on April 19, 2023 2:00 pm, at the ANSEP Academy
Building 2929 Spirit Drive, Anchorage, AK 99508, Room 101C. IMPORTANT - due to the COVID-19
restrictions, University of Alaska Anchorage facilities have limited access, in order to ensure
access to the facility for the pre-bid walkthrough interested parties shall be present at the time
stated above for the walkthrough.
The work consists of: Providing a condensing unit and associated piping and controls to serve the existing building ventilation system for space cooling as fully described in drawings and specifications.
Specified Dates are as follows:
Pre-Bid Conference: April 19, 2023 2:00 PM
Alternate Brand Requests: Due April 19, 2023 2:00 PM
Questions Due: April 24, 2023 2:00 PM
Quotes Due: April 26, 2023 2:00 PM
Should your quote be accepted, work is to start upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and be diligently
prosecuted to completion by August 15, 2023
