The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) is competitive Bids for qualified contractors to provide services of asphalt repaving/overlay of Academic Avenue, located at JBER, Alaska. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, materials, licenses, insurance and any travel expenses to complete the work outlined in this ITB.

**Mandatory** Walk-Through on March 27, 2024, at 10am. We will meet at the FMO parking lot at Building 57024 Camp Carroll JBER, AK 99505. It is suggested that you pre-register to be notified if this date/time changes. If you need base access passes, you will need to register with the Project Manager a minimum of 48 hours before the walk-through
time and date

Deadline for Receipt of Quote Submittal. Current deadline for receipt of quote submittals in response to the subject ITB is 2:00 P.M. Alaska time on April 3, 2024. Information on submitting Bids can be found in the attached ITB. Late offers will be rejected.
