RFP No. 25242040 – Soldotna: Redoubt Ave & Smith Way Rehabilitation

Public Involvement Services

The Contractor shall provide Public Involvement services for the Soldotna: Redoubt Ave & Smith Way Rehabilitation project. These services include a public involvement plan, project website, public meetings, advertisements, public notices, newsletters, an email list, and a public involvement summary report.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately February 2024 to October 2025.  Cost of these professional services is between $50,000 and $100,000.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than January 29, 2024 prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
