The State of Alaska, Department of Environmental Conservation, Village Safe Water Program (department) is soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a contractor to conduct an in-depth groundwater feasibility study. Depending on the results of the feasibility study the department may amend the contract for Phase II Design and Specification Development and Phase III Bidding and Contracting Assistance.
