RFP Bond and Disclosure Counsel for Alaska Municipal Bond Bank Authority (AMBBA)
The State of Alaska Department of Law is soliciting proposals on behalf of our client agency the Alaska Municipal Bond Bank Authority (AMBBA), for legal services to provide bond and disclosure counsel to AMBBA, including advice to the authority on federal and state statutes affecting its interests.
Proposals must be received no later than 10am Alaska Daylight Time on December 5th.
The full RFP is attached as are all required submission forms in their native formats (Excel, Word or PDF).
