Body of Notice: The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to assist with the design of a multi-media branding mascot as specified in the attached Informal Request for Proposals (IRFP).

Pre-Proposal Conference. A NON-MANDATORY pre-proposal conference has been scheduled for 1:00 p.m. local Alaska time on December 19, 2022 in the B216 Conference Room, Alaska National Guard Armory, 49000 Army Guard Road, Suite B216 , Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, 99505.  Information regarding the conference can be found in paragraph 1.14 of the attached IRFP.

Deadline for Receipt of Proposals. Current deadline for receipt of proposals in response to the subject IRFP is 3:00 p.m. Alaska time on December 28, 2022. Information on submitting proposals can be found in the attached IRFP. Late offers will be rejected.
