NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25232035 – Central Region Construction Administration Services Term Agreements 2023

The Contracting Agency intends to award up to five (5) Term Agreements to provide Construction Administration services for a variety of State- and Federally-funded projects. Construction administration services include, but are not limited to engineering, construction inspection, SWPPP inspection, materials testing, documentation, surveying and office work on the projects to ensure that the construction contractor's work is accomplished in substantial conformance with the contract documents, Alaska Construction Manual, and applicable permits. Construction projects include primarily highways and airports, with the potential for other project types as well.  IRIS Program Number(s): Various / Federal Number(s): Various.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated initial period for performance of the Agreement is approximately March 2023 to March 2025.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be greater than $1,000,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available January 6, 2023 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than January 30, 2023, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
