NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25232074 – Talkeetna & Chenega Bay Airport Lighting
Design Services

Contractor shall provide professional services for the concurrent design of lighting improvements at the Talkeetna and Chenega Bay airports, including complete two (2) bid-ready sets of Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E). Services shall also include Assistance during Bidding, Design Closeout Documentation, and Assistance during Construction.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately June 2023 to December 2025.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $250,000 to $500,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available April 21, 2023 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than May 12, 2023, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
