Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work on Project Nos. 0A24033/Z607340000 & 0A24032/Z615970000, Richardson Highway MP 359 Railroad Grade Separated Facility & Richardson Highway MP 357-362 Bicycle/Pedestrian Path, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, January 19, 2023, in the Office of the Contracts Engineer, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.

The project consists of construct a railroad grade separated facility near MP 359 of the Richardson Highway. Work includes new twin bridges, a troop undercrossing, roadside hardware, drainage improvements, and utility relocations.

The project also consists of constructing a paved bicycle/pedestrian path along the Richardson Highway starting near the intersection of Airport Way/Richardson Highway to the Badger Road/Old Richardson Highway intersection. Improvements will include bridge work, roadside hardware, drainage improvements, and utilities.

Engineer's Estimate is $20,000,000 and $30,000,000.

The project completion date is October 31, 2024.
