NOTICE OF PIPELINE APPLICATION

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on November 1, 2022, Oliktok Pipeline Company (OPC) filed an application for a connection permit and a request for approval of an associated connection agreement with ASRC Consulting & Environmental Services, LLC (ACES) to connect the ACES’ production facility to OPC’s Oliktok Pipeline for the carriage of both natural gas and natural gas liquids. OPC seeks approval by March 31, 2023, to accommodate carriage under the agreement beginning April 1, 2023. Docket Nos. P-22-012 and P-22-013 were opened to address the connection permit and the connection agreement, respectively.

No motions for waiver or petitions for confidentiality were filed with the application. The Commission has not assessed the completeness of the application. The Commission may determine whether the application is complete by November 23, 2022.
