ADDENDUM 1:
Addendum 1 serves to answer questions from potential offerors.

PURPOSE OF THE RFP:
The Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Division of Geological & Geophysical Surveys, is soliciting proposals for a qualified contractor to provide Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR) data quality assurance and control services. Up to three contracts may be awarded from this RFP at the State’s sole discretion.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE:
In order for offers to be considered responsive offerors must meet this minimum prior experience requirement:

• A minimum of 10 prior projects providing quality assurance, control, and validation services to federal, state, or local, government agencies and/or consortiums, ensuring provided LIDAR data meets U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) QL1 Base Specifications (any version). Example projects must include detailed reports for control and validation processes. Offerors must detail in their proposal how they meet the minimum prior experience requirements above. Offerors that fail to identify in their proposals how they meet the prior experience requirements will be deemed non-responsive.

DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSAL:
Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM Alaska Time on January 29, 2024, as indicated by postmark or email timestamp and late proposals will not be considered.
