** Addendum 1 **:
Addendum 1 is being issued to change the ITB closing date, and set a date for a second mandatory site visit. The ITB closing date is changing from February 2, 2024, to Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at 2:00 PM Alaska Time.
A second mandatory site inspection walk-through is scheduled on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, at 1:00 PM Alaska time.

The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Alaska Army National Guard, Facilities Maintenance Office (FMO), is soliciting bids for snow removal, ice control, and grounds keeping services on an “as needed” basis. Work will be rendered at the Alcantara Alaska National Guard Facilities, located in Wasilla, Alaska. Information on required services can be found in the ITB and supporting documents attached to this posting.

• Deadline for Receipt of Bids: Current deadline for receipt of bids submitted in response to this ITB is 2:00pm Alaska Standard Time, February 2, 2024. Information on submitting bids can be found in the attached ITB. Late bids will be rejected.
  
  
• Site Visit: A mandatory site visit is schedule for January 22, 2024, at 1:00 PM. Information regarding the site visit can be found in Section 1.06 of the attached ITB for this posting. Attendees for the site visit are required to contact Gavin Fairbanks at (907) 428-7187 or via email Gavin.Fairbanks@alaska.gov two ( 2) days prior to the scheduled site visit so arrangements may be made for a base pass. Attendees are required to have valid identification, proof of insurance and vehicle registration.
