Amendment 1. The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs issued Amendment 1 for informational purposes to answer vendor questions in relation to the attached ITB.
The Department of Military and Veterans (DMVA), Alaska Air Nation Guard, Facilities Management Office is soliciting bids from qualified offerors to provide janitorial services for the 168th Air Wing located on Eielson Air Force Base, Fairbanks, Alaska.
Deadline for Receipt of Bids: Current deadline for this ITB will be 2:00 P.M. prevailing Alaska Time on April 21, 2023. Information for submitting quote can be found in the attached ITB. Late bids will be rejected.
Important Notice. If you are receiving this solicitation from the State of Alaska Online Public Notice website, you must contact the DMVA/DAS Procurement Office to receive the ITB. It should be in writing via Fax or Email. Contact information for the DMVA/DAS Procurement Office is shown below. Failure to register with DMVA/DAS Procurement may result in rejection of your offer.
Questions. Questions vendors have concerning the attached ITB or contents therein will be answered during the pre-bid conference at 9:00am Alaska Time on November 18th, 2022, following the Site Inspection the day prior. All other questions must be in writing and submitted to the DMVA/DAS Procurement Office, via fax or email.
