Summary: The Department of Law, Division of Administrative Services is soliciting proposals on behalf of our client agencies, the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) and the Alaska Corporation for Affordable Housing (ACAH), to procure multiple contracts to provide legal counsel concerning real estate matters. The top ranked firm will be designated primary, and the next ranked firm will be secondary. The secondary firm will be assigned only those projects the primary firm declines due to conflict of interest.
