NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25242041 – Construction Administration Services for

Chefornak Airport Rehabilitation

The Contractor shall provide Construction Administration Services for the Chefornak Airport Rehabilitation project. Services include, but are not limited to: engineering, construction inspection, SWPPP inspection, materials testing, documentation, GPS surveying, CAD drafting, pay item quantity calculations, project close-out and office work to assure that the construction contractor’s work is accomplished in conformance with the contract documents, federal funding agency requirements, and applicable permits.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately March 2024 to March 2025.  Cost of these professional services is expected to exceed $1,000,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available January 17, 2024 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK before 4:00 p.m. Persons residing outside the Municipality of Anchorage may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than February 7, 2024, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
