NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25242006 – Pile Dynamic Analyzer and CAP-WAP Services Term Agreement 2023

The Contracting Agency intends to award one term agreement to provide services for ADOT&PF Project Engineers who request Pile Dynamic Analyzer and CAP-WAP analysis services, and technical support for Statewide Bridge and other functional groups.  The majority of these services will be used during the construction phase of highway projects.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated Initial contract period for performance of the Agreement is approximately November 2023 to November 2026.  The professional services agreement will be awarded in the amount of $1,000,000 for the initial period of performance.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available August 31, 2023 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than September 21, 2023, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.

Individuals with disabilities, including the hearing impaired, who may need auxiliary aids, services, and/or special modifications to submit a proposal should contact the TTD number: (907) 269-0473, no later than one week prior to the submittal date to make any necessary arrangements.
