INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for 1360 E. Fairview Loop Structures Removal, Project Number Z560200000A, will be received before 2:00 p.m., March 3, 2023 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded contract includes the removal and disposal or salvage of all buildings, structures, and any other obstructions and improvements at 1360 E. Fairview Loop located in Wasilla, Alaska.

The Engineer's Estimate is less than $200,000. The Project completion date will be May 31, 2023.

A non-mandatory work stie visit has been scheduled during the advertising period on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 10:30 a.m.  Those interested need to contact Vadim Belozertsev at Vadim.Belozetsev@alaska.gov or 907-269-0879 a minimum of 48 hours prior to the meeting to register for the site visit.  Meet at the site location of 1360 E. Fairview Loop, Wasilla, AK to be escorted through the work areas.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings . Bidding documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
