The Department of Corrections, Division of Health and Rehabilitation Services, is soliciting proposals for the services of an individual and/or agency to provide designated staff position as a Reentry Planner at 3 institutions.

Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. on February 22, 2023, at the address listed in the RFP. It is the intent of the State to issue a contract for the provision of these services beginning on or about  March 14, 2023, with 2 optional renewal periods.
