NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25242037 – Seward Hwy: Sterling Hwy Intersection Improvements Design Services

The Department intends to enter into a negotiated agreement for professional services to provide design services for the Seward Highway: Sterling Hwy Intersection Improvements project.   The project will redesign the existing intersection to improve Interstate to Interstate traffic movements and safety.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately June 2024 to January 2027.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $1,000,000 or greater.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available April 4, 2024, and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than April 25, 2024, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
