NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25232071 – AMATS: Minnesota Drive & I/L Streets Corridor Plan

The Department intends to enter into a negotiated agreement for professional services for development of a plan which explores management approaches and strategies to ensure the project corridor performs at an optimal level for all users and improves the functionality of the entire arterial transportation network. The corridor plan shall describe the corridor’s characteristics, foreseeable development and impacts, and opportunities for mitigation of adverse conditions.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately June 2023 to December 2024.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $500,000 to $1,000,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available March 17, 2023 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than April 7, 2023, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
