RFP # 2524H031 Statewide Functional Classification Update -Federally Funded

The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Data Modernization & Innovation Office (DMIO) is soliciting proposals for a consulting firm with specialized experience in the field of functional classification. Experience with the Federal Highway Administration’s (FHWA) functional classification guidance and criteria is required.  FHWA's “Highway Functional Classification Concepts, Criteria, and Procedures” will be used as official guidance for updating the functional classification for all public roads.

This solicitation will result in the award one (1) contract for the needed services.

Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM prevailing Alaska Time on March 29, 2024. Emailed, faxed or oral proposals will not be accepted.

Copies of bid documents may be downloaded (Adobe Acrobat format) from this Online Public Notice website. If you download the solicitation, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed below to receive subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.
