The State of Alaska, Department of Environmental Conservation, Village Safe Water Program (department) is soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a contractor to design repairs and upgrades to the sewer main for the City of Manokotak per the recommended alternative in the Old Village of Manokotak Water and Wastewater Facility Study.
