The Office of the Governor, Alaska Division of Elections, is soliciting proposals for an offeror to develop materials for broadcast, digital, out of home, and print media to educate voters about Alaska Division of Elections Ranked Choice Voting (RCV) methods and counting procedures, list maintenance and general information prior to the upcoming 2024 Primary and General elections.
