INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Sitka Airport Snow Removal Equipment Building Rehabilitation, Project Number AIP 3-02-0268-031-2022 / SFAPT00363, will be received before 2:00 p.m., November 9, 2022 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project consists of rehabilitating the existing Snow Removal Equipment Storage Building (SREB) at the Sitka Airport. Work includes siding replacement, heating system upgrades, replacement of doors, and other building envelope improvements. This work also includes four (4) Additive Alternates.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000. The Project completion date will be February 28, 2024.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings .
