Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work on Project Nos. TA19(001)/NFHWY00445, NRMBS00785 & NRMBS00786, Fairbanks 5 ^th Avenue Reconstruction, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, April 4, 2023, in the Office of the Contracts Engineer, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.

The project consists of reconstructing 5 ^th Avenue between Barnette Street and Noble Street including ADA Improvements, intersection improvements, drainage improvements, roadside hardware, and utilities.

Engineer's Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000.

The project completion date is October 31, 2023.
