PREPARATION TO CMS FOR A NEW ESSENTIAL HEALTH BENEFIT PACKAGE OF BENEFITS FOR THE ALASKA BENCHMARK PLAN

The purpose of this solicitation is to seek proposals from qualified offeror to prepare a submission to CMS for a new Essential Health Benefit package of benefits for the Alaska Benchmark Plan. This will modernize Alaska’s benefits for the individual and small group markets and remove discretionary benefits that are in our current benchmark plan.
