INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Mt. Edgecumbe High School Building 295 Heritage Hall Window Upgrades, Project Number 25RC053608, will be received before 2:00 p.m., March 20, 2024 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded project will replace the exterior windows at Building 295 (Heritage Hall) at Mt. Edgecumbe High School in Sitka, Alaska. This project includes four (4) additive alternates for window replacements in various locations around the building exterior.

The Engineer's Estimate is less than $200,000 (Basic Bid Only). The Project substantial completion date will be August 18, 2025.

A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held at 1:30pm on Tuesday February 27, 2024 at the project location.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings . Bidding documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
