INVITATION FOR QUOTE

Bids for Sheldon Jackson Museum Door Replacement REBID, Project Number 25RC053622; SPC25242-011, will be received before 3:00 p.m., February 29, 2024 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded project includes a Basic Bid to remove the current main entry door and install ADA compliant doors at the Sheldon Jackson Museum, as well as an Additive Alternate 1. Substantial completion date is May 30, 2024. Final completion date is July 30, 2024. A Bid Bond is required if the total amount of the bid is in excess of $100,000. Payment and Performance Bonds will be required from the apparent low bidder if the award amount is in excess of $100,000.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $50,001 and $100,000. The Project substantial completion date will be May 30, 2024.
