The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Alaska Air National Guard Facilities Management Office, is soliciting bids from qualified bidders to provide janitorial service for the 168th Air Wing located on Eielson Air Force Base, Fairbanks, Alaska. Information on required services can be found in the ITB and supporting documents attached to this posting.

Mandatory Site Visit. A MANDATORYsite visit is scheduled for 10:00am Alaska Time, on Friday,March 24, 2023. Attendees for the site visit are required to contact Torey Hart at (907) 987-6701 three (3) days prior to the scheduled site visit so arrangements may be made for a base pass. Deadline for Receipt of Bids: Current deadline for receipt of bids submitted in response to this ITB is 2:00pm Alaska Time on April 6, 2023. Information on submitting bids can be found in the attached ITB. Late bids will be rejected.
