SCOPE OF WORK: This project includes preparing a work site at Community Waste Solutions on FAA Road and receiving, staging, processing, and stacking up to 500 processed junk cars. Cars will be delivered to the work site by vehicle owners. CWS has cleared the works site. The Contractor will prepare for its operation. Please refer to the attached documents: “Junk Car Processing Site Plan” and “Bid Items Descriptions.”

This work is not subject to the provisions of Section 00700.16.9 Prevailing Wage Rates.

Please note that there is no guarantee of how many vehicles will be delivered to the work site.

SITE VISIT: A non-mandatory site walk-through will be on June 20, 2023, at 10 AM. Please meet at CWS on FAA Road.

DEADLINE FOR BIDDER QUESTIONS: June 27, 2023, 12 PM

COMPLETION DATE: The work will be completed by June 30, 2024.
