The Haines Borough, Alaska is requesting sealed proposals for a licensed business to provide 2024 summer contractual janitorial services for the public restrooms at the Visitor Center, Port Chilkoot Dock, Parade Grounds, Tlingit Park, Picture Point, Tanani Point and Osland Park.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Haines Borough and State of Alaska business licenses.

• May NOT be an employee or officer of the Haines Borough.

• Can demonstrate janitorial experience and expertise.

• Can comply with the contract conditions outlined in the bid proposal documents.

The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities in the proposal process, or to negotiate with the low bidder.

Bid proposal documents are available from the Borough Clerk or online at www.hainesalaska.gov . The deadline for submitting proposals to the Office of the Clerk is 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 15.
