- Pre-Bid Conference and /Site Visit : Pre-bid site visit: A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on Wendesday January11th at 10:00 AM. Interested bidders will meet at Whitter Barge Slip. Tunnel access is every hour each direction so please plan travel appropriately. Please dress for weather, PPE including hardhats, safety vests, and steel toe boots will be required.
