- Pre-Bid Conference and /Site Visit: Pre-bid site visit: A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on Wednesday January 25th at 11:00 AM. Interested bidders will meet at the Whitter Terminal. Tunnel access is every hour each direction so please plan travel appropriately. Please dress for weather, PPE including hardhats, safety vests, and steel toe boots will be required.
